To succeed in this position, you must be a self-starter, highly motivated, persistent, team player, and able to work independently. It is extremely important that you possess excellent communication skills as well as client-management and retention abilities.

Those that wish to pursue Team Lead/Sales Management roles should possess strong leadership and motivational skills.
